These terms govern your use of staqd (staqd.ai) — a library of design skills and ready-made AI solution templates. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them. The short version: pay for what you use, use what you buy in your own and your clients' products, and don't resell our catalog as your own.
Staqd provides design-system skill files (SKILL.md specs and prompts) you install into AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Codex, and one-time-purchase AI solution templates (code plus a curated setup prompt). Some items are free; others require a Pro or Studio subscription or a one-time purchase.
Pro Library is billed monthly ($20) or yearly ($144); Studio is billed yearly ($349). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period, and you keep the rights to anything you shipped while subscribed. Solutions are one-time purchases with lifetime updates. Prices may change, but never retroactively for an active billing period.
If staqd isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription charge or of a one-time solution purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops. Renewal charges can be refunded within 7 days of the renewal if you haven't used the service since. Refund requests: hello@staqd.ai.
Skills. Free skills can be used in any project, commercial or not. With an active Pro or Studio subscription, output you generate using gated skills and Pro prompts carries full commercial-use rights — including work you shipped while subscribed, forever.
Solutions. A single-developer license covers your own products (one developer, unlimited own projects). An agency license covers unlimited client projects. Studio includes an agency-grade client-delivery license for every solution.
What you can't do: redistribute, resell, or republish skill files, prompts, or solution templates themselves — as-is or lightly modified — as a competing library, boilerplate, or marketplace listing. Products you build with them are yours; the catalog is ours.
Keep your account credentials to yourself; entitlements are per-account. Don't abuse, probe, or disrupt the service, and don't use it to violate anyone else's rights or the law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms; if we get something wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.
The service and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Skills and templates are starting points — you're responsible for reviewing what you ship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: hello@staqd.ai.
