Staqd (staqd.ai) sells design skills and AI solution templates. We collect the minimum we need to run the service, we don't sell your data, and we don't run ads or cross-site tracking. This page describes exactly what we collect and your choices.
Account data. When you create an account we store your email address and name — either entered directly or provided by Google/GitHub if you sign in with OAuth. We use it to authenticate you and to deliver what you bought.
Purchase data. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We store a record of your plan or purchased solutions so we can grant access, plus the Stripe identifiers needed to manage your subscription.
Analytics (only with consent). With your opt-in, we use DataFast — a privacy-focused analytics tool — to understand how visitors find and use staqd. It sets a first-party cookie to recognize returning visitors. If you consented, an anonymous analytics identifier also accompanies your checkout so we can tell which channels lead to purchases. If you decline, no analytics load at all.
Strictly necessary: an authentication session cookie when you sign in, and a localStorage flag remembering your cookie choice. Optional (consent-only): the DataFast analytics cookie described above. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can change your analytics choice anytime:
The site is hosted on Vercel; payment processing is by Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and compliance programs. We don't share your personal data with anyone else except as required to operate the service or by law.
We keep account and purchase data for as long as your account exists (and as required for tax/accounting). You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time — email us and we'll handle it. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, these are your GDPR rights, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
